I had a face lift with Dr. Gordon 3 1/2 years ago. I consulted with several other surgeons prior to meeting Dr Gordon. It was a very big decision for me and I had a lot of questions. Dr. Gordon spent an enormous amount of time with me on more than one occasion answering my questions prior to my committing to the procedure. i had a lot of difficulty with the recuperation (because of my own physicality) and he was very involved with my follow-up as was his staff.My face looks amazing! He is extraordinarily skilled. My husband is now considering some work with Dr. Gordon as well. He is arrogant; he is confident, and i am glad for that!

Very professional and extremely talented.Nobody could tell that a facelift was done, only that I looked refreshed and not tired. I would recommend him anytime. Very natural results, no pulled skin or changes in looks.

I had a deepplane facelift done several years ago by Neil Gordon. At the time, I was 43 years old. There were characteristics about my face that had changed due to age and gravity. I would say, Dr. Gordon stopped the clock for me over the past 7 years! At 49, I am newly married and very VERY happy to say that I actually looked better at my second wedding! Neil Gordon is truly an amazing doctor. His approach is very conservative — he says “this will not be your mother’s facelift”. And, he is right. Thank you.

I had my facelift done four years ago. I am so thankful to have found a surgeon that had the same idea I did. I look like myself 10 years ago and am thrilled. Now finally my face looks the way I feel!!!

It has been 8 weeks since my surgery. I am extremely happy with the results. I met with Dr. Gordon and several other surgeons before making a decision to go with Gordon. Here was my reasoning (i) he was trained as a head and neck surgeon before he began his plastic surgery training, (ii) the results I had seen with former patients were all excellent, (iii) his “deep plane” technique made intuitive sense to me, (iv) he only does facial surgery – every other plastic surgeon I spoke with did not similarly specialize, (v) he has been doing this surgery for 20 years and most of his staff have been with him for a majority of those years, (vi) he requires you to spend the night (or two) in a facility adjoining his surgical center – any doctor who sends you home the day of surgery is not doing you a favor. I feel that Gordon accomplished just what he said he would – a younger, most energetic face. I have read the reviews on this site that say Gordon is arrogant or just looking for a payday. I did not experience any of that. I have great respect for Gordon’s skill … that is why I am writing this review.

I had a consult with Dr. Gordon and he spent 1 1/2 hours with me explaining and answering my questions. Something that you don’t find now a days. After all my question were answered I book my surgery with him. I have a great outcome and the staff is very helpful. I stayed at the Inn and was taken great care of. I am so happy with my face that now my face reflects the way I feel inside.

I went to Dr. Gordon to have a facelift, eyes and laser. At first I was scared but with seeing pictures of patients before and afters and talking to a few patients it put me at ease. So I had the facelift a year ago and am thrilled with the results, now the outside matches the insides.

While some are looking for a particular bedside manner, or to be doted on by office staff – what anyone should be most concerned about are ultimate results – and Dr. Gordon delivers on every front. Trained in head and neck trauma, limited his practice to that area of the body and specifically a very specialized technique performed by few plastic surgeons in the world (the deep plane face lift) – he delivers what many can only promise. A beautiful, natural result that takes years off your face and is hard to detect that anything has been done. Never thinking I would undergo a facelift EVER – I had a deep plane mid facelift 2 years ago (at age 48) and still marvel when I look at myself in photographs and can’t believe how much better I look now than I did even 10 years ago. And as a registered nurse – my safety during surgery was really my number one concern and Dr. Gordon’s involvement with Yale and their committee on safe surgical practices helped to allay those fears. So stop looking – remember that spending money on facial surgery should NOT be a place to scrimp and trust Dr. Gordon and his amazing staff to give you the result you’re looking for.

Dr. Gordon made me feel at ease. I was nervous about having surgery initially. Everyone was very kind and professional. From beginning to end I was treated with the best care. I believe I have very high standards, so Dr. Gordon and I were a good match as I believe he also has very high standards. My results exceeded my expectations!!

He explained everything to me and my result was exactly what he told me…..my past appearance and know one knows. The facility and staff are great too. I don’t usually write reviews and came to him because 5 friends had the same experience…..so t go anywhere else.
