John C. Manley, M.D. - Chief of Anesthesia

Dr. Manley graduated from California Institute of Technology and went on to earn his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Manley completed his internship at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital and his anesthesiology residency at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Manley has served as the Assistant Chief of Anesthesia Services at USAF Regional Hospital Langley in Hampton, Virginia and then as a staff anesthesiologist at Midstate Medical Center in Meriden, Connecticut. He has been a member of Resource Anesthesiology Associates for many years.

Robert C. Goldstein, M.D.

Dr. Goldstein is a graduate of Downstate Medical School. Dr. Goldstein completed his internship at Beth Israel Medical Center and performed his residency at the Yale University School of Medicine. He is the co-founder, Executive Vice President and Medical Director of Resource Anesthesiology Associates. Dr. Goldstein is an accreditation inspector for Medicare, AAAHC and AAAASF.

Paul J. Heller, M.D.

Dr. Heller earned his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University and his medical degree from University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Dr. Heller completed his internship at Mount Sinai Hospital in Hartford, his anesthesiology residency at New York University Medical Center and his fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Heller has served as an attending physician at Yale- New Haven Hospital, Director of Obstetrical Anesthesia at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, and Assistant and Acting Chief of Anesthesiology Service at Veterans Administration CT Healthcare System. In addition to his clinical roles, Dr. Heller has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Yale University School of Medicine. He has been a member of Resource Anesthesiology Associates for many years.
